Elevate a world-renowned luxury hospitality brand’s voice and guest experience as a key member of their creative team. As a Copywriter, you will craft compelling narratives that embody the brand’s essence and distinct personality across various platforms. This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact on how guests perceive and interact with this iconic brand, shaping their journey from initial discovery to lasting memories.
As a Copywriter, you will be an integral part of the brand team, ensuring consistent messaging and a captivating tone of voice across all communications. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand’s image and engaging with a discerning audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the brand’s style guide, ensuring all copy aligns with its distinct voice and personality.
- Meticulously edit and proofread all copy to ensure flawless execution and a polished brand image.
- Craft engaging, SEO-optimised website content, including webpages, blog posts, product descriptions, and booking engine text.
- Develop compelling copy for digital campaigns across various channels, such as PPC, display ads, and paid social media.
- Provide feedback and edits on hotel collateral, including menus, signage, and in-room materials.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and informative brochures, flyers, invitations, and print advertising.
- Partner with the sales team to develop B2B content for travel agent events, tradeshows, and sales materials.
- Build strong relationships with international colleagues across the business, supporting hotel marketing teams globally.
- Provide copywriting support for ad hoc projects as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven copywriting experience, ideally within the luxury brand or hospitality/travel sector.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Impeccable written and spoken English language proficiency.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working with international teams.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
