Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a background in insurance auditing or compliance? Join a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence and strategic oversight.

As an Auditor, you will play a key role in supporting operational, compliance, and strategic oversight of our partners, particularly third-party administrators (TPAs). You will ensure audit readiness, verify adherence to fee structures, and maintain compliance with internal policies and insurance agreements. Your work will be vital in identifying risks, driving process improvements, and upholding high standards of operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of TPA operations to confirm compliance with service agreements, internal policies, and controls.

  • Review the full claim lifecycle, payment records, service level agreements, and partner documentation for accuracy and completeness.

  • Track and report audit findings using a structured 5Cs framework: Criteria, Condition, Cause, Consequence, Corrective Action.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to address findings and enhance processes.

  • Identify and escalate process inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, or control weaknesses.

  • Maintain comprehensive audit logs, trackers, and documentation repositories for accurate and timely reporting.

Skills: 

  • Professional experience in insurance auditing, compliance, or claims operations.

  • Educational background or equivalent experience in insurance, risk management, or auditing.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards such as SOX and ISO 9001.

  • Proficient with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

  • Highly organised, able to work independently with strong attention to detail and integrity.
