Executive Administrative Assistant
London (Hybrid)

Description
- The role requires providing first class administrative support and works in a highly cross-functional capacity with admin teams across EMEIA and worldwide.
- The ideal candidate is highly organised, personable and has exceptional communication skills.
In this role, you will:
- Provide and anticipate needs and provide high-level, tailored administrative support to two senior Directors.
- Execute administrative tasks with high attention to detail, organisation and process
- Own complex diary management – including arranging video conferencing, conference calls, meetings across multiple time zones with the flexibility to accommodate changes to schedules and logistics at short notice.
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel including flights, accommodation and trip logistics.
- Support accounting tasks including raising purchase requisitions, initiating purchase orders, completing Apple Own Use orders, creating new vendors, and completing expense reports.
- Organise and coordinate internal events, annual planning cycle and executive visits.
Minimum qualifications
- Experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior leader with relevant experience of high-level, complex administration work at a senior level.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues and think ahead, stay calm under pressure and work within ambiguity.
- Effective time management, uses initiative to prioritise workload and execute against multiple projects and deadlines and meet these.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written involving high-level communications with internal and external contacts.
- Direct experience taking care of sensitive and conflicting situations in a diplomatic manner
- Keynote, Pages and Numbers skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and proactively collaborate with the team.
- Exceptional assessment and organisational skills; attention to detail and excellent follow-through.

- Experience of working with remote and geographically dispersed teams
- Demonstrate passion for learning new things, continuous improvement, and sharing best practice
