You will be at the forefront of talent acquisition, directly impacting the growth and success of various teams. Your expertise in identifying top-tier candidates will be essential to building diverse and inclusive teams. Partnering with hiring managers and talent partners, you’ll develop innovative sourcing strategies and create an exceptional candidate experience.
As a Recruiter, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, feedback, and offer extension, for candidates at all levels.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for multiple requisitions across different teams and regions, ensuring diverse and balanced candidate slates.
- Champion inclusion by proactively sourcing candidates from underrepresented groups.
- Collaborate with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations, and finance teams to develop effective hiring strategies and plans.
- Guide and educate hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and decision-making processes.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, finding creative ways to engage and impress candidates throughout the interview process.
- Meticulously track candidate data and utilize applicant tracking systems for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Explore and implement innovative sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, passionately conveying its mission and values to potential candidates.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Fluency in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or German.
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to identify, qualify, and secure exceptional candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and influencing skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a receptiveness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
