We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Associate to support the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, enabling scalable cross-functional programs, and supporting global Business Development efforts.
In this role, you will lead operational planning, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive strategic initiatives that impact multiple markets and partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong project management skills, a passion for organizing and optimizing processes, and the ability to influence across functions and levels.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Operational Cadence
Schedule, facilitate, and lead operational meetings; drive alignment across teams by assigning responsibilities, including to senior stakeholders, and tracking deliverables. -
Program & Project Management
Own the execution of complex, multi-partner initiatives. Build and maintain tools such as status trackers to manage timelines and ensure accountability across functions. -
Partner & BD Support
Work closely with the Business Development team to support partner interactions, respond to partner queries, and help identify and prioritize new partner opportunities. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams—including partnerships, engineering, legal, finance, and product—to develop business cases and compelling value propositions for new programs and initiatives. -
Knowledge Sharing & Enablement
Create internal materials such as guides, trackers, and performance updates; communicate insights and learnings to relevant stakeholders across the organization. -
Strategic Program Reporting
Develop and share quarterly program performance updates with key internal stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
