Spearhead Enterprise Identity and Security:
As a Technical Program Manager focused on enterprise identity, you will be responsible for the technical execution of critical programs, ensuring timely delivery and top-tier quality. Your technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking will be essential in identifying and solving complex challenges, driving cross-functional alignment, and maximizing efficiency for large-scale impact. This role offers the chance to lead a team building cutting-edge identity solutions and safety features, shaping the future of enterprise security.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a platform team developing and implementing the company’s first enterprise identity solution and related safety features.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment with the platform roadmap, continuously updating platform decisions to meet evolving product requirements.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive safety strategy for the enterprise offering, including threat intelligence gathering, building security controls, and mitigating risks to ensure user safety.
- Oversee system reliability and platform quality, ensuring prompt issue resolution and managing escalations to meet performance and reliability commitments.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong program management experience in identity, security, or system reliability.
- Proven experience in technical program management, project management, or a related domain.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
