Job Summary
We’re seeking a conceptual and highly creative Art Director to join our global editorial and product design team. This role is perfect for a visual storyteller who lives and breathes music culture and has a strong background in design, branding, and content creation across digital platforms. As a key player in our team, you will develop compelling creative concepts, bring them to life across touchpoints, and help shape the visual identity of our music and product experiences.
You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders, creatives, and external collaborators—including artists and talent—to deliver high-impact, culturally relevant work. You will ensure creative output aligns with strategic business goals and meets the highest standards of design excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Own concept development and execution of editorial and product-driven creative across multiple platforms.

Craft visually compelling and strategically sound design solutions that reflect music culture and brand values.

Present ideas persuasively, clearly articulating creative rationale to stakeholders and partners.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, editorial, and creative ops teams.

Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments to ensure creative alignment.

Work directly with global talent and creators to co-develop content and campaign visuals.

Maintain creative momentum throughout project life cycles, from ideation to final delivery.

Ensure high-quality asset management, organized workflows, and consistent brand execution.
Key Qualifications
-
7+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or content design, with a strong conceptual foundation.

Exceptional typographic skills and an eye for layout, composition, and visual storytelling.

Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop, Illustrator—as well as basic motion knowledge.

Proven track record of developing design systems and producing content for digital and on-product experiences.

Ability to manage and execute multiple creative projects in parallel, balancing quality with efficiency.

Experience creating content for global audiences, with sensitivity to cultural nuance and multilingual needs.

Strong experience working with or scaling recognizable consumer brands; subscription experience a plus.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to receive and give constructive feedback in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working directly with talent or creators is highly desirable.

Digital asset management and organizational rigor are a must.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing within music, entertainment, or culture-driven industries.

Familiarity with social media storytelling formats and platform best practices.

Ability to deliver creative aligned with marketing, editorial, or product goals.

International experience or background working on cross-market campaigns is a strong plus.
