About the Role
A global leading tech company is seeking a Retail Display Project Manager to support the planning, design, production, coordination, and implementation of retail display programmes across the UK and wider Europe. This is a key role connecting internal cross-functional teams with external agencies and retail partners to deliver seamless retail experiences.
This opportunity sits within an innovative hardware division focused on launching groundbreaking technology and creating new product categories in immersive and interactive spaces. With an initial focus on the UK and European markets, the role offers significant room for growth.
Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of campaigns and long-term retail display furniture programs, covering both physical and technical elements

Assist in temporary pop-up retail designs and production projects, with potential to scale

Manage and maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Serve as a liaison between vendors, graphic teams, marketing stakeholders, and creative partners for all asset-related matters

Use internal tools to track budgets and manage payment activities, including raising and overseeing POs

Help develop internal processes to enhance operational efficiency across retail programmes

Coordinate and lead regular calls with external vendors to ensure progress and alignment with project timelines

Support broader team objectives by taking on additional tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in retail project management, preferably within a large, fast-paced organisation

Strong background in working with retail partners on physical display or fixture programs

Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining project trackers across concurrent programmes

Solid understanding of retail fixture production and implementation

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Google Workspace experience a plus)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy; able to identify inconsistencies and manage quality

Experienced in budget tracking and financial documentation

Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to foster team cohesion

Personable, adaptable, and proactive in navigating diverse organisational environments
