Senior Illustrator

Our Bio-tech client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Illustrator to join their design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality illustrations that elevate the brand across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong portfolio, excellent command of composition and color, and expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original illustrations for marketing campaigns, branding, product packaging, editorial, and digital content.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product design, and UI/UX to deliver visually engaging assets.

• Translate creative briefs and concepts into compelling visual narratives.

• Maintain and evolve the visual style of the brand while ensuring consistency across all platforms.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior illustrators and designers.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and illustration techniques.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional illustration experience, ideally in a fast-paced creative or agency environment.

• Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

• A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating illustration skills, style versatility, and creative thinking.

• Solid understanding of design principles including composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and work independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $72 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
