As a Communications Manager, you will be a key player in developing and executing communication strategies that support the company’s international growth and success. You will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across different regions to ensure consistent and effective messaging. Your ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful communications will be essential in fostering employee engagement, promoting organizational alignment, and strengthening the company’s reputation.

This is a 12 months, hybrid contract, offering £82,200 per annum, pro rata (PAYE) – 37.5 hrs/week. The shortlisted candidates will be contacted by EOD on Friday 27th June. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive international communications strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a cross-international communications team, driving outcomes across various regions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand communication needs, providing coaching and support on effective communication techniques.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate content distribution across multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, partners, and external audiences.
  • Facilitate two-way communication to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Lead and manage communication projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to execute communication campaigns effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives using data-driven insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on communication metrics and make data-informed recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure message consistency across all audiences and channels.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in corporate/executive communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative content ideas.
  • Proficiency in digital communication platforms and tools.
  • Analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
