About the Role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead critical cross-organizational integrity programs, working directly with a dedicated team of 30+ engineers and partners. You will be the driving force behind developing and executing intricate project plans, navigating complex technical dependencies, and ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple teams. Your leadership will be essential in safeguarding user trust and maintaining a secure online environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to create detailed work plans for complex projects, accounting for technical and cross-functional dependencies.
- Identify and manage key dependencies within the integrity team and across the organization.
- Drive compliance with internal policies, including privacy and data governance.
- Monitor project execution, proactively address emerging issues, and escalate critical concerns appropriately.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility.
- Foster a collaborative team environment across engineering and other disciplines.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong experience delivering complex technical programs in collaboration with software engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineers.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Formal program management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience in the online safety or integrity domain.
