As a Strategy & Operations Manager in the EMEA Marketing team, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth execution and continuous improvement of marketing operations across the region. You will help implement strategic initiatives, track performance metrics, and streamline processes to ensure marketing programs are effective and aligned with regional objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams at local, regional, and global levels, you will help drive consistency, operational excellence, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for marketing programs and initiatives across the EMEA region.

  • Assist with the rollout of marketing plans, processes, and tools in alignment with strategic goals.

  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and contribute to continuous process improvements.

  • Support data collection and analysis to monitor key performance indicators (e.g., OKRs, budget utilization, campaign effectiveness).

  • Facilitate effective coordination and communication between internal stakeholders, ensuring timely information flow across functions.

  • Act as a liaison between Global, Regional, and Local (G/R/L) marketing teams to support alignment and knowledge sharing.

  • Participate in basic change management activities to support the successful implementation of new marketing initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and executing business or marketing operations strategies aimed at increasing organizational efficiency.

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing-focused role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and digital marketing best practices.

  • Experience managing projects, conducting business pilots, or leading process optimization in a marketing setting.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.

  • Flexible and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
