As a Project Coordinator, you will be essential to the success of various projects, ensuring seamless execution and efficient resource allocation. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and facilitating communication across teams. Your ability to navigate complex situations and foster strong relationships will be key to your success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project Management: Oversee project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables. Document project phases and ensure proper resource utilization.
  • Leadership: Lead individual projects, identify areas for improvement, and present results to stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and committee meetings to drive collaboration and decision-making.
  • Administrative Support: Provide expertise in administrative processes, manage paperwork flow, and ensure efficient operations.
  • Human Resources & Recruitment: Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures, manage employee evaluations, and coordinate the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
  • Supplies and Inventory Management: Oversee equipment and supply allocation, conduct inventory reviews, and track cost management efforts.
  • Events Coordination: Plan and execute events, ensuring seamless logistics and successful outcomes.
  • Departmental Support: Coordinate support requests from various departments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Other Duties: Contribute to special projects as assigned and perform other related tasks as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of hospital and clinic organization.
  • Experience with project management software.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.56 to $38.40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
