Job Title: Program Manager – Cloud Marketplace
Location: London – Hybrid 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Program Manager – Cloud Marketplace to join a fast-growing cloud-focused programme team. This role will involve managing operational processes, supporting sales and partner teams, and delivering key projects that drive incremental revenue through cloud marketplace procurement channels.

The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and excellent stakeholder engagement to ensure marketplace transactions are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

  • Act as a subject matter expert and advisor for Cloud Marketplace procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Sales Operations, Finance, and Partner Management to structure deals that meet both business and partner requirements.
  • Monitor and review sales opportunities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and marketplace guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support reporting dashboards and pipeline tracking.
  • Communicate marketplace deal decisions and updates to sales and partner teams.

Project Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketplace-related projects, including product listings and business process improvements.
  • Work with CRM systems and associated applications to enhance workflows and reporting.
  • Produce clear and engaging communications for internal teams, including newsletters, deal updates, and success highlights.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to manage private offers, contract timelines, and operational milestones.

General Team Support:

  • Create and maintain online forms, manage team distribution lists, and oversee meeting schedules.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes, directing queries to the correct teams for resolution.
  • Maintain and curate sales collateral, team documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Liaise with design vendors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of content and presentations.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Skilled in data reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
  • Proven experience in project management, process documentation, and operational process engineering.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
