Are you a data-savvy marketing analyst eager to make a significant impact on a global scale? A leading FinTech company, partnered with Aquent, is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in optimizing marketing campaigns and driving customer acquisition and retention through data-driven insights. As a Lifecycle Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s marketing strategies. You’ll dive deep into campaign data, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to maximize ROI. Your expertise in data analysis will be essential in guiding the marketing team towards more effective budget allocation and identifying new growth opportunities.
This is a 12-months-long position via Aquent, which requires onsite presence 3x per week in London, Victoria.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze lifecycle marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Gain a deep understanding of databases and collaborate with colleagues to ensure data availability for local teams.
- Measure the ROI of lifecycle programs and contribute to project prioritization.
- Deliver insights to the performance marketing team to optimize media spend and drive leads.
- Build dashboards to track cross-channel demand generation effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and global partners to streamline the lead pipeline and enable a robust lead scoring model.
- Work with the Sales team to understand lead quality drivers and optimize lead lifecycle management for improved conversion rates.
- Assist in integrating various lead data sources across database systems.
Must-Haves:
- Min. 3 years hands-on experience with marketing analysis, lead scoring, attribution modeling, or similar quantitative insights within SaaS, fintech, banking or e-commerce.
- Experience in experimentation and statistical analysis (A/B testing, digital revenue attribution).
- Strong understanding of data architecture and infrastructure, including clean data best practices and GDPR compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, partnership, and influencing skills.
- Ability to connect multiple data sources and uncover meaningful patterns and insights.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with media planning, programmatic buying, measurement, and audiences.
- Experience with forecasting.
- Experience building and automating management-level dashboards in data visualization tools.
