Overview

Our big tech client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive growth and adoption of its advertising solutions across the EMEA region. The PMM will blend market expertise with product strategy, acting as the key connector between EMEA markets and global product teams.

Key Responsibilities

●      Lead Go-to-Market: Own and drive awareness, adoption, and growth of priority ad products across EMEA.

●      Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Regional Leadership, and other teams to build and execute regional go-to-market strategies.

●      Increase Product Adoption: Use tools such as marketing partners, communications, PR, events, and thought leadership.

●      Market Insights: Gather and deliver market insights and advertiser perspectives to global product teams, influencing strategy and roadmaps.

●      Execution: Deliver product trainings, develop client segmentation, craft positioning, and create narratives with measurable business impact.

●      Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure all adoption and launch efforts are clearly and empathetically communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

●      Bachelor’s degree or higher

●      5+ years of professional experience in technology, advertising, measurement, or business/sales operations

●      Product marketing expertise in web/mobile advertising—ability to operate strategically and tactically

●      Strong project management and marketing strategy execution skills

●      Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to collaborate widely

●      Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

●      Experience prioritizing, problem-solving, and driving work independently

●      Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environments

●      Track record influencing at various organization levels

●      Proven experience with market research, business case development, and influencing product decisions
