As a key player in their expansion, you will be instrumental in building and managing the network of professionals who will install and maintain their cutting-edge satellite systems for customers across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of connectivity and make a tangible difference in bringing high-speed internet access to underserved communities.
This project/program management role will be pivotal in onboarding and managing the installation and maintenance network. You will be a driving force in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be essential in establishing performance metrics, optimizing processes, and collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard pre-selected third-party vendors to install and maintain satellite systems for residential and business customers across Europe.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan from onboarding through launch.
- Define key operational performance metrics, establish tracking mechanisms, and continuously optimize performance.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize inventory allocation, placement, storage, and fulfillment processes.
- Drive process improvements, optimize costs, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Serve as a visible and accessible leader within the organization.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
- Experience launching and scaling new technology products, services, or businesses
- Extensive experience managing field engineers or a remote technical workforce
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with direct-to-consumer internet service providers (ISPs)
- Experience with field-based technicians
- Experience in technology, media, or telecommunications; satellite internet; or subscription services
