This is a maternity cover position, with 8 months duration. Onsite presence in Central London is required. 

As Content Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Own end-to-end content creation and distribution across multiple channels (blog, social media, email, web, sales enablement, B2B events).
  • Lead data-driven content optimization through analytics and testing.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives through white papers, case studies, and industry research.
  • Develop and align customer journeys with relevant content, ensuring cross-functional alignment across teams.
  • Identify and package marketing materials based on customer journey maps to enhance the procurement lifecycle.
  • Apply content and product marketing best practices, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and content production workflow.
  • Build strong relationships with global marketing teams to ensure alignment with content strategies and objectives.
  • Provide consistent communication to stakeholders on content activities, status, goals, and results.
  • Deliver regular business reviews showcasing key metrics and KPIs reflecting content performance.
  • Assess content gaps and develop assets to address those gaps.

Must-Haves:

  • Min. 5 years hands-on experience in content marketing, with a proven ability to create compelling B2B content.
  • Strong writing skills across blogs, articles, white papers, and campaign messaging.
  • Experience developing content strategies and editorial calendars.
  • B2B marketing and thought leadership experience (agency or freelance experience beneficial).
  • Knowledge of paid media campaigns and digital marketing workflows.
  • Experience working with CMS systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Familiarity with content analytics and reporting tools (traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language (German, Italian, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
