Partner with a global entertainment and media powerhouse as a People and Culture Advisor. As a Culture Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic team. You’ll collaborate with leaders across various business units, providing expert guidance and support on all aspects of people and culture. From organizational change and talent acquisition to performance management and employee engagement, you’ll be instrumental in creating a positive and productive work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent.
- Manage performance management processes, providing feedback and coaching to employees.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Handle employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with other HR teams, such as compensation and benefits, to provide comprehensive support to employees.
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues across different departments.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a demonstrated ability to identify and address challenges effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and other HR technologies.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent.
