Make a real difference in the world by connecting people with safe housing during emergencies. As an Emergency Response Partner Development Specialist, you will be a vital link between a leading hospitality platform and nonprofit organizations across EMEA. You’ll identify and onboard new partners, nurture existing relationships, and facilitate crucial connections that empower communities during times of crisis. Your work will directly impact the lives of those affected by disasters, ensuring they have access to safe and comfortable accommodations when they need it most.

This is a contract role until 02/02/2026, paying £25.96p/h – £34.23p/h PAYE plus holiday pay

Partner with a global mission-driven organization, dedicated to providing housing for those in need during emergencies. In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our network of nonprofit partners across Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East.

As an Emergency Response Partner Development Specialist, you will:

  • Identify and engage potential nonprofit partners specializing in disaster response and related fields.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing partners, acting as a primary point of contact during onboarding and emergency responses.
  • Facilitate meetings and lead communication with partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Plan and execute an in-person partner gathering to gather feedback and shape the development of training materials and resources.
  • Meticulously document outreach efforts, track relationship progress, and follow up on action items.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in partnership development, program coordination, stakeholder engagement, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to navigate cross-sector collaborations, with experience working with nonprofits and technology-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with US and international NGO ecosystems, particularly in disaster response, public health, and related areas.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in startup or emergency contexts and comfortable working with limited structure.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the EMEA region.
  • Existing network of contacts within the nonprofit sector.
