We are looking for an Assistant Producer with experience within Wholesale to work with our client

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Producers and the wider team in the production of high-quality 360 advertising campaigns, including TV, OOH, digital, and press.
  • Work closely with creatives and designers to ensure they have what they need — maintaining team documents, production resources, and project and budget trackers.
  • Plan and arrange production resources such as edit bookings, audio, grading (both in-house and externally), and sourcing voiceover artists.
  • Manage the delivery of promos and content to commercial TV, cinema, BVOD, and radio — working with Clearcast, Compliance, Mastering, Peach, BBFC, RCC, and other partners to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Build strong working relationships with Creative Directors, Producers, and other Assistant Producers to ensure effective collaboration across all projects.
  • Research campaign reviews, awards, and clearances, and request substantiations where required.
  • Support Producers throughout shoots and post-production, assisting with logistics, scheduling, and delivery coordination.
  • Ensure all programme materials and assets are available on time for editing and post-production.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork for all production and delivery activities, including compliance, music reporting, delivery notes, and artist contracts.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy across all aspects of production and administration.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience as an Assistant Producer within a wholesale or production environment, ideally supporting multi-brand or multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the production process for 360 campaigns across TV, digital, OOH, and print.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with both creative and commercial teams.
  • Highly organised, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, proactive, and calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a diplomatic and solutions-focused approach.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Previous experience supporting wholesale brand campaigns, coordinating with production partners, distributors, or brand clients to deliver creative projects at scale.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of wholesale campaign processes and client expectations.
  • Proven ability to balance creative quality with efficient project delivery.
  • Passion for creative production and enthusiasm for delivering engaging, high-quality work across multiple platforms.
