We’re looking for two experienced Marketing Managers to join a fast-paced, high-energy marketing team at an exciting time of growth. This small, agile team is driving one of the most dynamic and high-profile projects in the business — developing fresh, culturally relevant ways to market a cutting-edge AI product.
You’ll play a key role in brand partnerships and social activation, helping to bring the product into everyday British culture. The team is currently working on initiatives such as partnerships with well-known brands and cultural moments (e.g. Movember, podcasts, entertainment, and lifestyle collaborations).
This is a hands-on role requiring strong project management skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to execution. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (including Legal, Creative, and Social teams) and manage external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute marketing projects across brand partnerships and social channels.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, Legal, Social, Product, and PR) to drive campaign delivery.
- Manage external agencies and brand partners to ensure timely, high-quality output.
- Contribute to creative campaign development and asset production.
- Review and manage marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand and legal requirements.
- Support influencer and cultural partnerships to increase awareness and engagement.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and jump into new projects as needed in a fast-moving environment.
About You
- Proven marketing execution and project management experience, ideally across both brand partnerships and social media.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and navigating an ambiguous, ever-evolving environment.
- Comfortable getting hands-on with delivery and execution.
- Strong collaboration skills — able to bring together teams across disciplines.
- Experience managing external partners, agencies, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Passionate about AI and technology, with an understanding of how it’s used in everyday life.
- Background in start-up or scale-up environments preferred; adaptable to limited structure and fast growth.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect a tech brand to broader cultural conversations.
Preferred Background
- Roles such as Brand Partnerships Manager, Social Media Manager, or Product Marketing Manager.
- Experience working with or marketing AI-powered products.
- Experience with high-profile consumer brand collaborations (e.g. entertainment, tech, or lifestyle).
- Candidates with prior experience in dynamic, fast-moving tech environments (including ex-Google) are welcome.
This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by Friday November 14th. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually. If you have not received a response, please assume that you have not been selected for progression to the next stage of the hiring process.
