This is a 12-months, hybrid contract, offering up to £56.84 per hour – 40 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. **The Impact You’ll Make**
This pivotal role involves leading strategic business partnerships within a key regional territory, collaborating extensively with various internal functions including Partnerships, BizOps, Supply, Marketing, Comms, Finance, and Legal across the organization. You will be at the forefront of developing and executing local partnerships that align with our global brand and strategic vision. Your ability to negotiate complex agreements, model financial and strategic impacts, and drive execution will be crucial to our continued success. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Partner closely with global brand, partnership, marketing, legal, finance, and product teams to develop and execute local partnerships.
* Negotiate agreements, discuss structure terms, and ensure brand alignment across all partnership initiatives.
* Identify opportunities for establishing partnerships and business development activities that support business goals.
* Model the financial and strategic impact of partnerships, defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and report results to senior leadership.
* Ensure excellent execution and ongoing management of partnerships and business development activities, coordinating seamlessly across all business areas.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and cultivate new collaboration opportunities.

* Solid experience in a partnership-related role (e.g., Business Development, Partner Management).
* A growth-obsessed mindset with a proven track record of driving expansion.
* Deep business acumen to conduct extensive market research and anticipate product and business needs.
* Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to connect disparate ideas and proactively develop compelling proposals and solutions.
* Strong data analysis and modeling skills.
* Proven partnership management experience, demonstrating the ability to nurture and scale relationships.
* Knowledge of regional culture and environment, crucial for fostering successful local partnerships.
* Ability to build strong relationships and influence internal executive stakeholders, alongside building long-term external relationships with new and existing partners.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of overseeing complex initiatives.
* Adept at dealing with complexity and adapting to changing business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating persistence and optimism when faced with setbacks, and a passion for tackling complex problems to find solutions that make customers’ lives easier.
* Excellent communicator across all functions and management levels, naturally taking the lead on aligning stakeholders when viewpoints diverge.
**Nice-to-Have:**
* Basic data science skills.
* Fluent in French language (written and oral), with experience working in that region a strong plus.
