What You’ll Do:
- Partner with regional marketing, communications, digital, events, corporate affairs, and sales teams to shape country-level social media strategies aligned with local business goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that support key company events, including content capture and collaboration with content creation teams.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content tailored to local audiences, trends, and cultural nuances, always maintaining the brand’s distinctive tone of voice.
- Manage the regional social calendar, ensuring alignment with global priorities and maintaining a strong pipeline of locally relevant content.
- Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling content that reflects brand guidelines and social media best practices.
- Define clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for content and campaigns, demonstrating their impact on awareness, engagement, and business objectives.
- Track performance through dashboards and reports, identifying insights and opportunities for continuous optimization.
- Champion employee advocacy, encouraging colleagues to share authentic regional content and amplify the company’s presence through dedicated programs and training sessions.
What you’ll bring:
- 6-8 years of dedicated social media experience within the B2B technology sector.
- Proven expertise in marketing to business audiences.
- Proficiency with a variety of social media tools, community platforms, and measurement and advocacy platforms.
- Extensive experience in developing organic and paid social campaigns, particularly on professional networking platforms.
- Demonstrated B2B experience in building robust social strategies, deploying successful campaigns, and cultivating engaged audiences.
- Strong foundation in marketing communications and digital marketing.
- Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple initiatives, vendors, and stakeholders as part of social media operations.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to high standards for quality and accuracy.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adept at multitasking, handling multiple complex, multi-phase projects concurrently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive deep, actionable insights from data.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
