Are you passionate about music, content, and creating exceptional artist experiences?

A leading global technology company, home to a prominent music and content platform, is seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to manage artist booking and promotional execution across diverse content initiatives. This role requires strong industry relationships, creative strategy, and the ability to execute complex, high-profile projects from end to end.

The Role: The Nexus of Artists and Content

This specialist will manage the daily operations encompassing artist booking opportunities across radio, social content, live events, and exclusive video initiatives. Working closely with our UK-based Artist Relations team, you will be responsible for the complete execution of promotional opportunities and ensuring a world-class in-person experience for talent.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking Coordination: Support daily studio operations by coordinating artist and guest bookings across radio shows, video content, and in-studio performances, collaborating closely with artist relations, editorial, and music business partnership teams.
  • Artist Experience Management: Execute and manage the end-to-end artist journey in physical studio spaces, working physically on-site to greet artists, ensure an exceptional VIP experience, and act as a professional liaison with all external artist teams (management, publicist, label).
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with internal global teams (Artist Relations, Music Business Partnerships) to organise, communicate, and execute all talent interviews and guest requests across various content types.
  • Promotional Strategy: Collaborate across internal teams (radio, content, PR, marketing, etc.) to identify creative opportunities for original artist content and strategic distribution across the entire ecosystem (news, podcast, TV platforms).
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of original content production, focusing on unique storytelling and strategic distribution, and managing a central calendar of all bookings.
  • External Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners (label, publicist, management), providing guidance on production, distribution, and marketing, and aligning with PR teams for cohesive messaging.

✅ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in content production and talent booking, and 3+ years overseeing high-level, cross-functional projects end-to-end.
  • Core Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, extraordinary attention to detail, and demonstrated excellence in planning, organising, creative, and critical thinking.
  • Logistics: Ability to manage complex logistics calmly under pressure and manoeuvre through ambiguity.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing relationships across the music, editorial, production, and entertainment industries.
  • Well-versed in pop culture and music, with a strong passion for the entertainment landscape.
  • Proven experience hosting and managing high-level celebrity/artist talent and VIP relations.
  • Strong communication and partnership skills developed from working within large, matrixed organisations.
  • Ability to motivate, lead, and inspire talent and team members.
