We are committed to delivering a best in class experience in all aspects of our business, and delivery of training is no exception. Our training is evolving into a fully blended approach. The Programs & Deployment team focuses on creating and delivering programs to enable the best customer experience, wherever it happens. This role, based in London, is focused on the enablement of Channel Partners in delivering training to their staff members, through a number of sales training programs and in-store experiences. This role requires a close working relationship within our Sales Training & Advocacy Programs organisation as well as Store Operations, country teams in EMEIA, and the Sales Organisation to ensure clear implementation, deployment and measurement.

This position requires great communication and presentation skills, great analytical skills and project/program management experience, along with:

• Support existing program deployment execution.
• Review adoption/compliance reports to identify pitfalls and raise issues.
• Coordinate meetings and calls and provide regular program updates to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve relevant sell-in decks, playbooks and communication materials.
• Deliver ongoing communication with country teams and central teams on program progress.
• Connect with the relevant teams to consistently update relevant trackers to ensure consistent accuracy of our multiple timelines.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enable efficiencies and scalability for day to day activities.
• Support the coordination of our centralised virtual training events with our managed service provider.

Key Competencies:

• Self starter and proven ability to work independently.
• Great understanding of the multi-language and multi-cultural aspect of a highly fragmented region that EMEIA is.
• Experience in project/program management with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional organisational and planning skills; attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• Experience in working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with different parts of the business on training related projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
• Ability to constantly improve and innovate.
• Ability to understand and use new tools and systems autonomously.
• Advanced use of Keynote and Excel/Numbers.

Preferred skills or experience:

• Experience in deploying or working with learning management systems
• Experience working for a large retailer or carrier
• Experience in the training industry
