We are recruiting for a 6 months Events Marketing Manager role, London – 3-5 days on site, 2 remote £368.64 – £409.50 daily PAYE.

As a key leader in events and field marketing, you will be at the forefront of designing, executing, and measuring impactful customer events. This role offers the chance to make a significant, measurable impact on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, playing a critical part in the company’s market presence and strategic objectives. You will lead the strategy, execution, and measurement of owned customer events, working with internal partners and vendors to produce world-class experiences while spearheading comprehensive field marketing and sales enablement programs. This position is central to driving success through integrated field marketing execution, promotional campaigns, account-based marketing, and sales enablement.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Drive the strategy, execution, and measurement of a key customer event, collaborating with internal partners and vendors to produce world-class experiences.
* Lead comprehensive field marketing and sales enablement programs.
* Conduct deep campaign performance analysis to ensure activities meet predefined targets, including registration, attendance, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.
* Own the success of integrated field marketing execution, promotional campaigns, account-based marketing, and sales enablement programs for key events.
* Communicate progress across various organizational levels and lead outreach to customers across procurement, finance, and strategic decision-maker audiences.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the breadth and depth of services and communities are reflected at events.
* Establish measurable best practices for growing owned events, developing scalable processes for efficiency.
* Build repeatable frameworks for multi-channel outreach campaigns, sales enablement materials, and performance tracking for future events and regional activations.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Solid experience in B2B field marketing with demonstrated success in campaign execution and sales enablement.
* Strong experience supporting or executing medium to large-scale events (1,000+ attendees or equivalent scope).
* Proven track record executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
* Strong oral and written communication skills with experience creating sales-facing collateral and training materials.
* Experience analyzing and interpreting data to make business recommendations and optimize campaign performance.
* Ability to self-start and work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
* Strong bias for action: can manage multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Exhibits ability to stay calm under pressure; resilient to setbacks.
* Pivots easily from generating big, creative ideas to executing tactical programs and driving process improvement.
* Proven ability to influence without authority and serve as liaison between multiple stakeholder groups.
* Partners effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and events.
* Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and make decisions autonomously.
* Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
* Experience managing complex and highly visible projects with measurable success.
* Proficiency with common office productivity suites (e.g., word processing, presentation, collaboration tools).
* Proficiency with spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience managing B2B field marketing programs in finance, technology, procurement, or enterprise software.
* Demonstrated success with sales enablement program development, training delivery, and sales tool creation.
* Experience working with leading CRM and marketing automation platforms.
* Background in pipeline generation, attribution modeling, and performance analytics.
* Experience building and managing target account lists and executing multi-touch nurture campaigns.
* Experience supporting events with registration targets of 500+ and complex attendee management.
* Experience working in rapid growth companies and industries.
* Ability to travel domestically & internationally and work across time zones.
* Desire to work in a rapidly changing, ambiguous, and undefined environment.
* Event industry-related certifications (CMP, CMM, CTSM, etc.).
* Experience working with digital marketing platforms and business intelligence tools.
* Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, geographically diverse, and rapidly changing environment.
* Experience with multi-country campaign execution.
