Our client is seeking a driven Account Manager to join our UK sales team.
This role will be responsible for managing key retail partnerships and driving growth for our innovative product portfolio in assigned accounts across the UK and Ireland.
Key job responsibilities
Account Management & Development:
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned retail partners, ensuring strong business performance and partner satisfaction
- Develop and execute annual joint business plans with retail partners to achieve sales targets
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Support the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional activities within assigned accounts
- Ensure excellent in-store execution and product presentation
Business Operations:
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain requirements with retail partners
- Provide regular reports on account performance and market insights
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with channel marketing teams to implement effective promotional strategies
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability
- Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience with distribution sales
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organizations
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience in Retail Sales
