We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a global team, acting as a vital link between internal stakeholders and external partners. In this non-technical role, you will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into actionable solutions, driving efficiency, and enhancing the overall partner experience. Your contributions will directly influence the success of key platform initiatives, ensuring that innovative products are supported, refined, and optimized for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project lifecycles, including planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, and documentation, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.
- Oversee vendor operations and procedures, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to established guidelines.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with manager-level internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client and partner care.
- Drive the successful launch and migration of new features and solutions, coordinating efforts across various teams and external partners.
- Identify trends in solution issues, collaborating with internal teams to mitigate risks and improve future offerings.
- Contribute to the development of long-term solution strategies and influence the direction of technical product features with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, validate, and document new features and solutions, creating and updating essential content such as best practices, tutorials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide consultative support to partners, identifying new business opportunities and advising on best practices for leveraging technology.
- Assess product gaps and issues based on user feedback and metrics, communicating findings to relevant internal teams and contributing to their resolution.
- Coordinate effectively between various internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment and efficient problem-solving.
- Support the coaching of internal and external teams on new solutions, systems, and the evolving industry landscape.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in a relevant operational, project, or client-facing role.
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, and issue tracking.
- Proficiency in client management and customer conversations.
- Experience in operations management and overseeing operational procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong understanding of systems thinking and technical acumen, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions (this is a non-technical execution role).
- Experience with opportunity and pipeline management.
- Consultative skills, with the ability to articulate value and advise on best practices.
- Experience in coordinating between internal teams and external partners/vendors.
- Ability to generate and analyze reports and metrics.
- Experience in managing new launches and migrations for platform solutions.
- Ability to update documentation and create SOPs for product features.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Previous experience in vendor operations.
- Background working within the news publishing or digital content industry.
- Experience working with an international, distributed team, with flexibility for varying time zones.
