As a key member of their marketing team, you will be instrumental in launching captivating campaigns that delight customers and drive engagement with a leading audio entertainment service. You will leverage your project management and marketing expertise to orchestrate cross-channel initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact. Your Impact:
You will lead the charge in managing and executing marketing campaigns for exciting content programs. By acting as the central hub for cross-functional collaboration, you’ll ensure that campaigns are built, launched, and measured effectively across various owned and operated channels. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, communicate crisply, and dive deep into campaign performance will directly contribute to the growth and success of a beloved audio entertainment service. This is an opportunity to be a strategic partner, driving innovative growth marketing initiatives and helping to define best practices for global teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the lead project manager for content programs, overseeing the development and launch of campaigns across diverse channels, including email, push notifications, and on-site merchandising.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of creative assets and media plan development, including trafficking and general facilitation.
- Collect and analyze post-campaign data to inform insights and future strategies.
- Translate campaign data into actionable key learnings, document best practices, and build playbooks that can be scaled across global teams and inform new program development.
- Develop and rigorously test innovative growth marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and partners, including a prominent video streaming service.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional, non-internship marketing experience, preferably with consumer-facing technology products or services.
- Proven experience utilizing data and metrics to drive continuous improvements in marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Excel or similar software, including the ability to create charts and pivot tables.
- Demonstrated experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from initial concept through to completion.
- Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders across all levels of the company.
- A proactive and organized approach, capable of keeping a dynamic team aligned and on track.
