We are seeking an exceptional individual to architect, govern, and optimize our comprehensive event technology ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our global events, ensuring every interaction is impactful and every platform functions flawlessly. Your expertise will directly influence how we connect with our audience, drive engagement, and measure success, making a significant contribution to our marketing initiatives and overall business growth.

**What You’ll Do**

* **Strategic Platform Ownership:**
* Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for event registration, streaming, and engagement platforms.
* Establish platform governance, standards, documentation, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across all events.
* Continuously improve existing structures and capabilities, aligning with global teams on roadmap and regional needs.
* Manage vendors, contracts, and budgets, developing a scalable platform framework and comprehensive handbook.

* **Technology Leadership:**
* Lead the technical strategy and execution for leading event technology platforms and proprietary solutions.
* Ensure seamless delivery of in-person and hybrid events by partnering across marketing teams to create consistent, high-quality experiences.
* Identify risks and troubleshoot complex issues during high-visibility events, ensuring thorough end-to-end testing.
* Provide technical expertise to develop and enhance project management tools based on business needs, collaborating with global teams to align on standards, workflows, and rollout plans.

* **Data, Analytics & Insights:**
* Oversee tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks across all events and digital channels.
* Build scalable dashboards and automated reporting in partnership with analytics teams.
* Develop sophisticated measurement models connecting event performance directly to pipeline generation and revenue.

* **Cross-Functional Leadership:**
* Serve as the senior MarTech contact for event and experience platforms, providing strategic and technical guidance.
* Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure scalability, alignment, and consistent platform adoption worldwide.
* Lead platform enablement programs, including comprehensive training, onboarding, and best-practice development for diverse user groups.

**What You’ll Bring**

* 7+ years of experience in Marketing Technology or Marketing Operations with deep expertise in event technology ecosystems, including registration systems, streaming platforms, digital engagement tools, and analytics integrations.
* Proven success defining, delivering, and scaling platform capabilities that support marketing, events, and cross-functional teams.
* Ability to operate as a problem solver with a high degree of independence, incessantly seeking opportunities to impact the business.
* Demonstrated ability to align global collaborators around a unified platform vision and drive coordinated implementation in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business impact for marketing and event stakeholders.
* A customer-first mindset, balancing marketer and event-owner needs with reliability and scalability.
