Are you passionate about finding top-tier leadership talent that drives real business results? We’re looking for a strategic, proactive, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in shaping our future leadership pipeline.

You’ll partner with hiring leaders to anticipate hiring needs, source high-impact candidates, and create long-term talent strategies. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and brings a deep understanding of recruitment best practices—especially when it comes to identifying and attracting management-level talent.

Location – London, Hybrid 

Salary: £685 per day 

Start: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

    •    Partner closely with the Recruitment Leader to maintain visibility into current and upcoming leadership openings across the organization.

    •    Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build a strong pipeline of management and executive-level talent.

    •    Leverage your network, industry research, cold outreach, and recruitment tools to identify, engage, and convert top candidates.

    •    Take initiative to utilize all available resources to find and attract the best people for each role.

    •    Use data and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness and drive accountability throughout the hiring process.

    •    Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates.

    •    Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

    •    Stay compliant with HR and legal hiring practices, while maintaining a high standard of integrity and confidentiality.

    •    Tackle tough-to-fill positions with resilience and creativity—seeing them through to successful hires.

    •    Use recruitment tools and databases efficiently to track candidates, manage workflows, and report on outcomes.

 

What We’re Looking For:

    •    Proven experience recruiting for leadership or management-level roles.

    •    Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

    •    A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for excellence.

    •    Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities.

    •    Proficiency with MacOS and iOS platforms.

    •    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

    •    A well-established professional network is a plus.
