Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer IV – UAT Analyst (Automation) to join our cliengt for a 6-month contract, supporting User Acceptance Testing and automation across mobile systems. This role will focus on designing and executing end-to-end test automation for iOS applications while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently execute and track testing/validation efforts for mobile applications.

• Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts with a focus on high test coverage.

• Perform on-device testing for iOS mobile applications.

• Automate test cases using Python and Swift.

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools, with an emphasis on end-to-end and mobile device testing.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize features and resolve defects.

• Provide clear and timely communication through test documentation and status reporting, including test metrics, defect reports, and progress updates.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation for end-to-end systems.

• Proficiency in Python, with strong focus on test scripting.

• Expertise in iOS automation and tools such as Selenium and Appium.

• Experience creating test automation frameworks and tools.

• Proven track record of managing testing throughout the full project lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of front-end development using JavaScript and frameworks like React.

• Solid back-end development skills with Python and Postgres database management.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Jenkins.

Preferred/Optional Skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Charles, GIT, and Jenkins.

• Experience with automating data analytics and reporting across systems.

• Strong understanding of software build tools and continuous integration.

• Ability to lead coordination efforts across engineering and product teams.

• Experience generating detailed test documentation and reports.
