As the Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in documenting system changes within the Salesforce platform, translating legal and compliance requirements into actionable technical specifications, and providing ongoing technical support. You will be the central point of contact for system knowledge, ensuring seamless information flow between legal, compliance, and engineering teams. Your meticulous documentation and clear communication will be essential to establishing a robust foundation for business-as-usual operations.

This is a 12 months, hybrid contract, offering £36.54 per hour – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by COB Thursday 28th August. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively identify, document, and maintain records of all system-related changes and enhancements within Salesforce.
  • Establish and maintain a documentation framework for triaging incoming enhancement requests and system change inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and escalate complex issues to senior technical staff.
  • Support testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear technical specifications for software development engineers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and configurations.
  • Provide administrative support related to system change processes.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and action logs.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in project support, documentation, or a related field within a technology-driven environment.
  • Salesforce case management background
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and experience in documenting system changes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Experience in a compliance or regulatory environment
