Freelance Videographer (Event Coverage & Editing)

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Videographer/Editor to support our Responsible Business Team in capturing an upcoming event. The role will involve filming, editing, and producing a professional highlight video for post-event use.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video footage of the event, including:
• On-camera interviews with participants and speakers
• B-roll of the event environment, audience, and key moments
• Collaborate with the client and team to understand creative direction and goals
• Visit the venue in advance (with provided equipment) to plan shots and logistics
• Edit footage into a polished 5-minute highlight video for post-event distribution
• Deliver professional cuts that balance interviews, visuals, and narrative flow
• Work directly with the client post-production to refine the final output

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer/editor in event or corporate settings
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interviews, B-roll, and event coverage
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and Frame.io
• Ability to operate and manage professional video equipment (equipment provided)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and team member
• Flexibility to work onsite during the event (2–3 days total) and manage post-event editing timeline
