Make a real difference in the world by connecting people with safe housing during emergencies. As a Partnership Development Specialist with our client, a leading non-profit organization partnered with Aquent, you’ll be a key player in expanding their network of non-profit partners, directly impacting the scale and reach of their emergency housing programs. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your networking and relationship-building skills to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

This role is all about building bridges and fostering collaboration. You’ll be the driving force behind identifying, pitching to, and onboarding new partners, ensuring a seamless integration into the ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to see the direct impact of your work in providing safe and secure housing options for individuals and families facing challenging circumstances.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, research, and cultivate a robust pipeline of nonprofit partners in key regions.
  • Craft and deliver compelling pitches that resonate with potential partners, highlighting the alignment between their goals and the organization’s mission.
  • Guide partners through the onboarding process, from initial conversations to finalizing agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure new partners have the necessary resources and support.
  • Gather and share feedback from partners to refine outreach strategies and improve onboarding materials.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align partner sourcing with program needs and priorities.

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in business development, partnership management, nonprofit program development, or a similar field.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and securing partnerships or business relationships.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Fluency in Italian and German.
  • Experience in disaster response, humanitarian aid, housing access, or community development.
