We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Production professional to play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of our visual assets.

In this position, you will be instrumental in maintaining the flow of creative projects, from initial concept through final delivery, collaborating closely with creative and technical teams.

Your ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and streamline workflows will directly contribute to the success of high-profile initiatives and the overall quality of our user experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage comprehensive image schedules, expectations, resource allocation, and tracking for visual assets.
  • Monitor and report on imagery project status daily and weekly, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster seamless communication and collaboration across creative and retouching teams.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, unblocking stalled projects to maintain momentum.
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues, championing process improvements and recognizing emerging solutions.
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and distribute essential project information to all relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with production teams to refine processes and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Organize and lead pre- and post-production meetings with the production team.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and continuously evolve production processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Partner with internal asset management teams for the systematic archiving of all final assets.
  • Work with a variety of industry-standard production and image management tools.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency
  • Demonstrated expertise with MacOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with iOS environments

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in managing complex production schedules and tracking visual asset pipelines.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with diverse creative and technical teams
  • Proactive problem-solver with a track record of troubleshooting issues and driving process improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and adopting new technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
