We are seeking a dynamic marketing lead to drive and execute innovative retail marketing campaigns and activations within a key market. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring all activities are tailored for maximum impact, commercially aligned, and consistent with broader campaign strategies, directly influencing how audiences interact with content and contributing to the growth of cherished franchises.
You will be at the forefront of shaping how consumers engage with popular content, leveraging your expertise to create memorable experiences at retail. Your work will directly support sales and revenue goals, amplifying brand presence and deepening audience connection through strategic marketing initiatives.
### **What You Will Do:**
* Lead end-to-end retail marketing campaigns and activations for consumer products, collaborating with the commercial team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
* Define and execute optimal 360° marketing and media mixes, including in-store, e-commerce, social commerce, and launch events across mass and specialty accounts.
* Partner with retailers, licensees, agencies, and internal teams to develop, integrate, and amplify retail-specific and cross-market initiatives.
* Drive digital and social campaigns, utilizing custom content, influencers, SEO, display advertising, and sponsored products to boost engagement and sales.
* Oversee complex, end-to-end project lifecycles, from strategic planning to hands-on delivery, managing multiple initiatives and marketing budgets in a fast-paced environment.
* Champion the marketing strategy, leveraging insights from retail trends, consumer behavior, and performance data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
* Lead the adaptation and rollout of global and regional marketing campaigns for the local market, ensuring all assets and messaging are culturally relevant and impactful.
* Collaborate with global and regional teams to integrate local insights and opportunities into campaign planning and execution.
* Coordinate with cross-functional partners to amplify global campaigns and drive local engagement.
* Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives while tailoring execution for the local audience.
### **Qualifications:**
* 10+ years of marketing experience in consumer products and/or retail-related industries within this market.
* Deep understanding of mass, specialty, e-commerce, and licensing account strategies, with a strong network across the retail and licensing landscape in this market.
* Proven commercial acumen, adept at connecting marketing activations to retail negotiations, shopper marketing, in-store activations, promotions, and sales objectives.
* Strong expertise in 360 marketing campaigns.
* Excellent project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills; capable of managing multiple complex initiatives and deadlines with high attention to detail.
* High flexibility to travel within this market and occasionally across the region.
* Fluent in English and German (both mandatory).
