Aquent is partnering with a leading global e-commerce and technology company that is revolutionizing how customers discover and purchase goods. This innovative organization is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience through cutting-edge technology and strategic marketing initiatives. We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping large-scale deal events and customer engagement for the German-speaking market. Your work will directly impact customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle transitions, particularly during critical peak periods, making a tangible difference in how millions of customers interact with products and services.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of executing impactful marketing campaigns, driving customer engagement, and optimizing the shopping experience. You will be instrumental in coordinating and launching initiatives that enhance discovery, conversion, and retention across various customer touchpoints. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-visibility projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and refine customer-facing strategies in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

**What you will do:**

* Support the end-to-end execution of large-scale deal event marketing campaigns for the German-speaking market, with a strong focus on Q4 peak periods.
* Drive onsite merchandising and customer funnel engagement initiatives to significantly improve product discovery, conversion rates, and customer retention.
* Execute comprehensive lifecycle and transition marketing campaigns across both onsite placements and various outbound communication channels.
* Coordinate and launch customer-facing communications, including email, push notifications, messaging apps, and other external marketing channels.
* Partner cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, and business teams to ensure the timely and accurate execution of campaigns.
* Monitor campaign operations diligently, troubleshoot any execution issues, and maintain consistently high-quality standards across all customer touchpoints.
* Refine and localize customer-facing messaging to ensure impeccable German language standards and strong relevance to the target audience.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Native-level German language skills, demonstrated through strong copy refinement and localization capabilities.
* Proven experience in marketing, merchandising, campaign management, or closely related fields.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering productive collaborations.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience supporting e-commerce or retail marketing campaigns.
* Familiarity with onsite merchandising and customer engagement strategies.
* Experience working with CRM, outbound marketing, or lifecycle marketing channels.
* An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and operational KPIs.
