We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to drive the successful delivery of live events and activations. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing key relationships, overseeing complex logistics, and ensuring that every event aligns perfectly with strategic objectives and brand standards. **What you’ll do:**
* Act as the primary day-to-day contact with external event production agencies, meticulously managing timelines, deliverables, and quality of output.
* Brief agencies on event requirements, ensuring strict alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
* Review and approve all production assets, build plans, floorplans, and logistics documentation prior to each event.
* Oversee on-site event setup, operation, and breakdown, guaranteeing execution matches the agreed design and experience.
* Proactively manage any on-site issues or last-minute changes with calm, pragmatic problem-solving.
* Conduct thorough post-event reviews with agencies, documenting learnings and tracking follow-up actions for continuous improvement.
* Support event leads across a diverse range of live events, including consumer-facing activations, trade shows, partner events, and brand partnerships.
* Assist with vendor sourcing, supplier management, and meticulous budget tracking across multiple concurrent projects.
* Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
* Manage event timelines, run-of-show documents, and on-site logistics with precision.
* Contribute to post-event debriefs and process improvements, sharing insights and best practices.
