EMEA Benefits Analyst
You will join the Benefits Centre of Excellence (COE) team for an EMEA Benefits Analyst to help deliver and measure the success of client’s employee benefits programs. This role offers first-hand exposure to how the Benefits COE team brings this philosophy to life by supporting benefits programs across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Benefits EMEA & LATAM.
What You’ll Do
Provide support across the EMEA Benefits team as required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Benefits Systems & Processes
- Perform daily maintenance of Client’s Benefits, supporting Program Managers with system requirements and change requests across Health, Retirement, Protection, Time Off/Leave of Absence (LOA), and Perks programs.
- Investigate benefits system incidents and conduct audits to ensure benefits data is accurate and delivered as expected.
- Review end-to-end processes and update or create process documentation where required.
Benefits Insurance Renewals
- Support the annual renewal process for insured benefits across the EMEA region.
Time Off & Leave
- Support the team with the administration and operational delivery of time off and leave processes.
Employee Experience
- Respond to, coordinate, or escalate benefits-related queries from employees and managers that cannot be resolved by the outsourced support team or Employee Resource Center (ERC).
Operational Excellence
- Assist with the delivery, implementation, and continuous improvement of benefits, time off, and leave programs across EMEA.
Special Projects
- Partner with Senior Program Managers to support or lead various ad hoc initiatives and special projects.
What You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in Benefits, preferably within a multinational or regional environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including coordinating escalations and supporting Senior Program Managers in identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Ability to effectively manage and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including the Employee Resource Center (ERC), Payroll, Communications, and external vendors.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
