Our D&I Focus for 2022.
We have easily accessible company-wide education materials shared around the movement to end racial injustice and its historical significance. We have UK-localised suggested reading & an education depository of resources. Training and workshops for teams are ongoing around all forms of discrimination.
Equality data collection, monitoring & reporting processes are currently being refined in line with GDPR guidelines. We’ll use the data we gather to gain a better understanding of how we’re doing and measure our progress periodically.
We will continue to build diversity & inclusion objectives into every recruitment & business process. Refining tools, resources and recruitment practices including but not limited to: non-bias anonymised CVs, gender neutral job descriptions, diversified talent networks and interview practice.
