We’re on the lookout for a Digital Assistant Producer to join our production team. You’ll be right at the heart of creating and delivering digital-first campaigns that cut through across social, web, BVOD and online platforms. If you’re highly organised, digitally savvy and love bringing creative ideas to life, this role is your chance to make an impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting Producers in delivering engaging digital content and campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Working closely with creatives, designers and editors to make sure projects run smoothly — from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • Coordinating digital production resources, including edits, audio, graphics, motion, and sourcing talent such as VO artists or influencers.
  • Managing the delivery of digital assets to a range of platforms (social, VOD, online display, YouTube, radio and more), ensuring all formats are correct and deadlines are met.
  • Liaising with compliance and clearance bodies (e.g. Clearcast, BBFC, RCC, platforms) to ensure all content is cleared and fit for release.
  • Researching trends, audience insights and digital best practice to support creative and production decisions.
  • Helping out during shoots and post-production, building your knowledge across the full production cycle.
  • Keeping project trackers, asset logs and paperwork up to date, including compliance records, music reporting, contracts and usage rights.
  • Staying on top of the detail while juggling multiple deadlines — making sure nothing slips through the net.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working in a digital or production environment (agency, broadcaster or in-house).
  • A genuine passion for digital content and how audiences engage with it.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple tasks at once.
  • A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative, team-first approach with plenty of enthusiasm.

**This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by Friday August 29th. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
