Join a leading tech company, partnering with Aquent, and make a real impact as a Data Analyst on their Systems Support Team. You will be instrumental in translating operational challenges into technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, manage tooling, and provide crucial business analytics support for high-priority projects. This is your opportunity to leverage your data expertise to drive operational efficiency and shape the future of this dynamic team.

This is a 3 months, UK remote, contract, offering £27.88-£30.77/hour – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by COB Wed 27th August. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

As a Data Analyst, you will:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of projects post-launch, pinpointing areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback.
  • Deliver data-driven insights that inform and enhance critical decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with Systems Program Managers across various programs, supporting business needs through tooling changes, root-cause analysis, and workflow audits.
  • Provide daily support for programs, liaising with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Contribute to the development of a cutting-edge tech roadmap, aligning it with team goals and objectives.
  • Forge strong relationships with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other key teams.
  • Support team execution tracking and outbound communications, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, with a strong ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and tools like Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Lucid Charts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience supporting analytical projects end-to-end, effectively communicating findings through clear data visualizations.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets.
  • Experience in operations or process improvement.
  • Experience in process design tools (Lucid, Figma)
