Make Your Mark as a Digital Insights Leader

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for uncovering insights in the ever-evolving digital landscape? We are looking for an analytical powerhouse to drive the operational execution of search engine optimization (SEO) and geographic (GEO) reporting within a global team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in translating complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations, directly influencing strategic decisions across categories and markets. Your expertise will simplify intricate GEO inputs, turning them into compelling, stakeholder-ready reports that support prioritization and decision-making, ultimately enhancing visibility and performance in a rapidly changing, Large Language Model (LLM)-driven search environment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape digital strategy and make a tangible impact on a global brand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and develop comprehensive GEO reporting frameworks to meticulously track visibility, performance shifts, and emerging opportunities across diverse categories and markets.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of GEO data to pinpoint gaps, identify key trends, highlight top movers, and uncover actionable opportunities within LLM-driven search environments.
  • Translate intricate GEO performance signals into clear, concise insights that directly inform business decisions and sharpen strategic focus.
  • Consolidate GEO inputs from various key workstreams, transforming them into simplified, business-facing reports for diverse audiences.
  • Continuously evolve reporting approaches to ensure ongoing relevance, clarity, and usability for all stakeholders.
  • Connect identified GEO gaps and performance changes to the most relevant business opportunities across global categories and markets.
  • Formulate clear, data-driven recommendations for business units, empowering informed decisions on product and messaging prioritization.
  • Proactively identify areas of underperformance and emerging opportunities by monitoring visibility movements and evolving search patterns.
  • Prepare and deliver stakeholder-ready updates that effectively communicate performance shifts, opportunity areas, and recommended actions.
  • Ensure all recommendations are firmly grounded in data and meticulously aligned with broader business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with business units and relevant cross-functional stakeholders to align GEO insights with overarching business needs and priorities.
  • Support senior leadership updates by translating complex GEO analysis into clear, concise, and actionable communication.
  • Partner with teams across key workstreams to ensure GEO inputs are consistently consolidated and accurately reflected in all reporting.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for GEO reporting and insight requests, guiding stakeholders to understand outcomes and their implications.
  • Contribute to fostering a robust data-driven culture by promoting clarity, consistency, and simplicity in all GEO communications.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in SEO or digital marketing, ideally gained within a global brand or a leading digital agency.
  • Strong experience in reporting, performance analysis, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-functional organization, developing influential and collaborative relationships with stakeholders across various functions and organizational levels.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex topics clearly and engagingly to different audiences, both in-person and remotely.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at conveying intricate information to varied audiences.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, with the capability to transform data into clear and actionable business recommendations.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships across functions and regions.
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach, with the skill to simplify complexity into clear, impactful outputs.
  • Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (e.g., analytics platforms, search console tools).
  • Strong experience in reporting, performance analysis, and insight generation across search and emerging GEO / LLM-driven environments.
  • Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into clear dashboards, reports, and stakeholder-ready updates.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
