Are you a strategic visionary passionate about creating impactful employee experiences? We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead and transform our benefits programs. In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategic direction of high-visibility programs, directly impacting employee satisfaction and retention. Your expertise will ensure our offerings are not only competitive and legally compliant but also deeply aligned with our commitment to attracting and nurturing top talent. You’ll act as a subject-matter expert, influencing without direct authority and mentoring team members, while developing long-term solutions that anticipate future needs and drive measurable change.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the creation of comprehensive benefit programs, managing all associated tasks including business case development and budget oversight.
  • Participate in benefits surveys and build internal competitive data to provide market-driven insights and strengthen program offerings.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory best practices and relevant government regulations.
  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of company benefits programs, including time-off plans, retirement plans, healthcare, life insurance, and wellness initiatives, by integrating feedback and gaining alignment across stakeholders.
  • Drive the auditing and review of all benefits enrollments and processes to ensure accuracy and optimize business outcomes.
  • Participate in the development of benefits strategy, launching and iterating initiatives to achieve business objectives, identifying needs, and integrating feedback from client organizations.
  • Develop compelling communication programs to ensure employees clearly understand the company’s benefits and wellness offerings, driving high participation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Payroll deductions
  • Expertise in Life insurance programs
  • Knowledge of Absence coverage policies
  • Strong understanding of Total rewards strategy
  • Familiarity with HR systems
  • Extensive experience in Benefits administration and management
  • Deep understanding of Benefits practices and compliance guidelines
  • Experience with Health care benefits
  • Knowledge of Disability insurance
  • Proficiency in HR Project management
  • Understanding of Workers compensation
