Are you ready to be the operational architect behind some of the most visible and high-stakes experiences in the world? We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the operational backbone for our highest profile, globally recognized experiences and their hosts. This is a high-visibility role where precision and an exceptionally high bar for quality are paramount. You will own every detail, ensuring that hosts, guests, and partners enjoy a seamless and unforgettable experience, making every moment flawless.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and ensure the accuracy and quality of all listing pages.
  • Support guest selection, vetting, communication, and logistics with the utmost care and discretion, handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external partners and vendors, keeping all stakeholders aligned and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure adequate tooling support, identify gaps, advocate for necessary fixes, and assist with testing.
  • Analyze the results and impact of these extraordinary experiences.
  • Address and resolve issues that arise during standard and on-call hours with strong judgment and a profound sense of urgency.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of all workflows and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong operations management experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a consistently high bar for quality; you possess the ability to catch what others miss and refuse to deliver anything that does not meet these exacting standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams and competing deadlines effectively.
  • Natural curiosity to learn about new tools and detailed processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and exercise proper judgment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and comfort with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Jira).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at balancing the needs of both internal and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the tech and hospitality sectors.
